The Yammine Family Foundation exists to transform lives through direct action and practical support, creating pathways out of hardship for individuals and communities across Australia. Every person's journey matters - from one-to-one conversations to region-wide initiatives, we build the meaningful connections that spark genuine change. Our partnerships and programs grow out of the understanding that lasting transformation begins with each individual's story.
Lead Through Deed
Grounded in the belief that actions speak louder than words, the Yammine Family Foundation drives meaningful change from Newcastle through Sydney, and south across regional NSW. Each week, we provide dignified food support to over 400 individuals, partner with Police Citizens Youth Clubs to open doors for young Australians, and collaborate with leading healthcare institutions across NSW and ACT to extend care to those who need it most. With a hands-on approach and a focus on impact, we create lasting pathways for resilience, opportunity, and growth.

Beyond providing meals, our food programs create moments of dignity and connection. Working with partners like Our Big Kitchen, we serve over 400 individuals weekly, transforming basic sustenance into opportunities for community building and personal restoration.
PCYC Development
Every young person deserves a space to discover their potential. Through our PCYC partnerships, we're not just building gyms and facilities—we're creating environments where youth find mentorship, purpose, and pathways to brighter futures, empowering them to lead lives of resilience and growth.
Healthcare Partnerships

Refugee Family Support
